I went down to the only Skullcandy store in Hong Kong, Streetvalue distributors today. It was my second attempt to bitch them out for the untimely death of my headphones. Somehow my headphones went off in one ear, after only having them for.. pshhh maybe four days? So i was pretty pissed. I headed on down on saturday to discover they weren't open on weekends. So i busted in today and met a very friendly guy who informed me he would be more than willing to replace my headphones... If he had them in stock. Unsurprisingly, the only pair of SK Pros in all of Hong Kong was being used as a demo pair for people who would prospectively be buying them.. although if there is no stock how would they buy them? Anyway, I've got two weeks to wait until I can replace them, as the very first shipment of SK Pros will be arriving then. I make it sound all bad but to be honest the guy who dealt with my, Justin, was a great guy and couldn't have been nicer. My friend Ant got a pair of WESC recently and i gave it a listen. I must say, I'm still a fan of Skullcandy. The SK Pro have really impressed me. I also heard my first pair of Ti today. THAT did not impress me, and I'm glad I didn't shell out for them. Also found out that they just put out like two new colors of Pro. I still like the yellow/blue, but i could definitely go for some red/white/black. Maybe if i earn some cash flow this summer I'll get a second pair. Definitely recommend them, against most other DJ's wishes probably. But don't knock till you try. I wouldn't necessarily place it on par with Sennhaiser or other leading brands but it is definitely a low price-high quality mix I would invest in. Plus they just look baller.Check 'em here: Skullcandy
